Are stem cells good for lower back pain?

The stiches will be remove in two weeks
Can I take the stairs in my house after the surgery?
You will be able to go up and down stairs from the day you arrive home, simply in moderation and as few times as possible.
Do I have any type of post surgery treatment or therapy?
